Over de opleider – Laura Bullens

Laura Bullens has been active in the fitness industry since her youth and has since built a rich and versatile career. Her passion for movement began with aerobics, but over the years she has developed into an all-round fitness trainer, personal trainer, small group trainer, group class instructor, and medical fitness trainer. Her extensive knowledge encompasses both practical experience and academic insights in the fields of training, strength building, health, and injury prevention.

In addition to her practical experience, Laura has also developed herself as a fitness manager and entrepreneur. She previously ran her own gym and now runs a small-scale, specialized center where personal guidance is central, focusing on personal training, small-group duo training, and senior fitness. Thanks to her years of experience, she has successfully trained numerous people to become fully qualified trainers, strengthening both their professional knowledge and teaching skills.

With her background as a teacher and trainer, Laura knows how to transfer knowledge in a structured, inspiring, and motivating way. She combines her passion for aerobics, strength training, and fitness with a deep understanding of medically responsible training, enabling her to train students who can teach both effectively and safely.

After working in the industry for over thirty years, Laura is ready for the next step: sharing her passion by training others and inspiring them to start teaching themselves. At PTBA, she uses her knowledge, experience, and enthusiasm to not only train future trainers practically and theoretically, but also to motivate and guide them in developing their own style and professionalism.
