At PTBA, we believe it is important that our course participants and students can share their experiences. Reviews provide us with valuable feedback to improve our programs and courses, and help future participants get a clear picture of what to expect. Only people who have actually taken a program, course, or training at PTBA, or purchased a product from PTBA, can post a review. This ensures that the experiences are genuine.

During or after a course, students and course participants have the opportunity to provide their opinion via an evaluation. Within this evaluation, they can choose to write a review that is published on the website. PTBA always requests explicit permission to publish these reviews, and there is no reward associated with writing them.

We ask that reviews be honest and respectful and based on personal experiences. Content that is offensive, discriminatory, inaccurate, or irrelevant may be removed by PTBA to ensure the quality and safety of the website.

PTBA strives to ensure that all reviews are reliable. If there is any doubt regarding the authenticity of a review, the participant may be contacted to obtain additional information. Negative feedback is also taken seriously; reviews are never removed simply because they are critical, as long as they are based on real experiences.

Reviews may be used by PTBA for promotional purposes, such as on the website, social media, or other communication channels. By posting a review, the participant confirms that it is based on their own experience, that the information is correct, and that PTBA may publish and use the review.
